I, the undersigned, hereby attest I am a Member in the Summit West Neighborhood Association, and do hereby appoint the following proxy, for and in my name, place, and stead at the Annual Meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 6:00 pm and any lawful adjournments thereof.
